Colorado Blue™ is a drought resistant blend of elite Kentucky Bluegrasses. The semi-aggressive nature of these elite varieties makes an extremely dense, dark, fine textured turf that actively fills in worn and weak areas. Colorado Blue™ has the highest wear rating of any of our sods. It is ideal for backyard play areas to sports fields. Full sun to medium shade, this blend can be mowed from 5/8 inch to 3 inches for a desired look. For over 40 years, great year round color and thick density make this our most popular best selling blend.
